Yes, you can. Simply place your order on our website www.autoniture.com and select "Pick Up" under the Delivery Method section. Once your order is ready for pick-up at our showroom, we will send you a notification email. Typically, we'll have your orders ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.
At the moment we do not offer any customizations apart from the standard products listed on our website. However, if you need a customized product in a large quantity, you can reach out to our customer service and we will see how we can better support you for the project.
No, the DuoFlex Dual-Workstation table is designed for two persons. Both workstations are joint with common beams and they can't be separated.
Each workstation of the DuoFlex is equipped with its own motor and control panel. This setup is intended for usage by two employees, allowing each of them to independently control their respective tables.
At Autoniture, we are very confident in our product quality. Our products have gone through very stringent quality checks and load tests before being shipped out of the factory. In the very rare event of a motor failure, it would cost less than $50 to get it replaced. You can always contact our customer service team for support.
The tabletop for the DuoFlex does not come with cable grommets pre-installed. The grommets come as loose items in the package. However, if you would like to have cable grommets installed on your tables by Autoniture, you can order an onsite assembly service here, which will include the installation of grommets. Alternatively, you may install them on your own (If you need any tutorial videos, you may reach out to our customer service for assistance. We will advise you the proper tools to be used and how to get it done on your own).
